a Client Solutions Engineer and this is a Full Time role.

Client Solutions Engineer (CSE) role is one that embeds and builds infrastructure solutions for one or more business technology functions delivered by our team. Candidates should command architecture concepts broadly across infrastructure and be expert in developing solutions which encompass compute, storage, network, information security, database and end-user technology. The CSE will interact closely with LOB/desks, developers, vendors, partner infrastructure engineering teams and production support. The breadth and depth skill set is often referred to as T-shaped. Solution engineers will have diverse knowledge with one topic/team they are experts on, and the ability to dive deep into any other subject, figure it out and execute through the lifecycle of the product. A business development capability is necessary to persuade clients and suppliers alike to settle on technical compromises.
  • Act as LOB technology aligned infrastructure SME to architect solutions and Work closely with Tech Infrastructure pillar leads hardware, software and infrastructure IaC services are available for projects and properly forecasted
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
  • Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
  • Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration
  • L3 escalation point to manage major incidents and follow ups with business, development groups, vendors, operations teams and partner infrastructure leads.
  • Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve
  • Work alongside project management teams, developers and business analysts to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
  • Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges

What’s required
  • Project development and leadership skill are preferred
  • Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure. Deconstruction of legacy monomythic architecture models into discreet services and recommended cloud offerings which fit these needs.
  • Up to date understanding of best practices regarding information security methods, tools and policies.
  • Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture. Hands on with DevOps CI/CD workflows into both on-premise and cloud services.
  • Advanced understanding of {specific business} workflow, analysis techniques and processes
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems
  • Professional work experience in analyzing computer hardware and software. Performance management techniques, toolset and analysis.
  • Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
