Job description:

General cloud operations Services

Provide support for all cloud environments, AWS, Microsoft Azure and VMware Cloud on AWS

Configure, manage & support cloud products and services

Automate provisioning of cloud resources, utilizing infrastructure as code

Execute all changes and requests via automation as per the technical feasibility

Monitor & triage cloud operational requests

Support cloud native and development operations tools

Support & Incident Management

Support and establish a consistent framework for assessing operational risk and the overall effectiveness of risk controls

Support cloud instances including security configurations, and troubleshooting

Resolve support incidents and issues

Automate remediation of common incidents and fulfilment of common requests and changes

Governance & Process

Configure, manage and assist with cloud cost management and operations tools, including programmatic scheduling, right-sizing or recommended savings plans

Automate all recurring audit deliverables and be accountable for risk controls compliance

Participate in ServiceNow workflow redesigns to improve the efficiency, customer experience and turnaround time and proactively implement automations for underlying fulfilment tasks

Inventory management

Ensure all inventory for physical and virtual assets is updated in Configuration Management Database

Regularly perform gap analysis and remediation to manage accuracy and consistency

Ensure all systems are scanned and discovered by the automated CMDB tools

Support CMDB related activities to ensure completeness and accuracy through periodic certification
