FLEXCUBE Business Analyst

Location: NYC, NY (Remote as of now) Requirement:FLEXCUBE Business Analyst (Banking) The candidate's main objective is to perform Business Analysis, provide Subject Matter Expertise in the Requirement Analysis and Solution Design of core banking implementation program.Mandatory Skills/Experience :1. 6-10 years of Software Delivery experience with minimum 4-5 years of functional experience working on FLEXCUBE 2. Should have performed Gap Analysis, Busness Requirements Analysis, Functional Specifications of FLEXCUBE 3. Should have experience in the Delivery and Implementation of FLEXCUBE4. Should have experience working on Savings, Deposits, Consumer Lending, Payments, Collateral, Origination, Trade Finance and other modules5. Should have knowledge of SWIFT interfaces, KYC, and other interfaces related to Core Banking6. Candidate should have experience working in AGILE methodology7. Self-motivated and a team player with high energy levels and the desire to learn and progress within the company.

Other Responsibilities and Requirements :1. The Candidate would be responsible for Functional Analysis, Gap Analysis of banking requirements in the context of FLEXCUBE implementation2. The candidate would work with the Project Delivery and Implementation team to implement FLEXCUBE 3. The candidate would assist the Testing team in various stages of Implementation testing including System Integration Testing, Functional Testing, etc4. Candidate should possess very good documentation and presentation skills5. Candidate should be able to work in AGILE methodology6. The candidate shall work on multiple complex initiatives and devises project definitions to solve complex business problems considering business processes and/or systems capability to achieve desired results.Experience: 6-10 yrs of IT experience with 4-5 years FLEXCUBE UBS experience.
