Job Title: Cards Systems Analyst – Dispute Management

Location: NYC, NY

Required skills

10+ years Cards domain experience with excellent understanding issuer, merchant and scheme(Visa /Master card) relationship

Understanding of dispute life cycle and experience in Disputes management specifically interactions with schemes.

Client facing experience and specifically experience facing external audits.

Experience is credit card related case management (disputes, Complaints) and workflow management

TECHNOLOGY (nice to have and not mandatory) PEGA or BPM exposure Java/JEE, SQL /Query language General Skills needed for this role:- Relevant working experience and exposure on a Cards Processing Platform – such as TSYS and/or FDR Omaha Cards Platform etco Exposure of managing large scale platform conversion consolidation or digital transformation projects in Cards Payment network domain for large global bankso Should have good connect of Cards Payments business processes functions should be well versed with eco system requirements especially for Store Cards processingo Experience of Cards Migration platform Proven Business Functions expertise in Cards issuing domaino Reissue, Card Request, Products - Starter Card, Secured Card, Conversion for Co-branded card etco Authorizations, Digital Authorizations (Tokenization) – Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Finance charge calculation, Average Daily Balance, Fees, Repayment Calculation, Minimum Payment Calculation, Payment Allocation etc.- Participate in Business Requirement assessment and document business processes, flows, use cases and business requirements and help in solution development and deploymento Collaborate with business customers on identifying and documenting the requirements, identifying the gaps in the requirements as per the prescribed business and data flow and tracking them to completion.o Analyze the requirements from the Epics and Features and write user stories from the requirements.- Work in cross functional team environment and liaise between the development / testing teams and the client in order to cascade the requirementso Review and approve the Agile Technical Summary (ATS) document prepared by the developers, the Test Plan and Test Results documents prepared by the quality assurance analyst for each project.o Create a post implementation monitoring plan and reviewed it with the systems team and / or intent owners, and communicated periodically with the intent owners on the ongoing status of the projecto Coordinate with the system and feature teams for the project delivery in a typical Agile Sprint model.o Prepare documentation of test scenarios and also performed System Testing, User Acceptance testing (UAT), Integration Testing, and Regression Testing
