This is a Backfill role and is Fulltime Director level position with a Non-profit THis is along Job Summary:Oversees the organization's HR Information System. Works as a part of HR, Benefits, IT, Payroll and Training Teams, as the subject matter expert with respect to functionality, configurations and HR process and analytics with the HRIS system. SOME DUTIES INCLUDE: 1. Manages all HRIS procedures, HRIS training materials, workflows, policies, to ensure process and methodologies are followed. 2. Reviews mass data updates, exports, imports, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies; confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains and audits data in HCM systems. 3. Develops process and system documentation for HR Applications as it relates to security in conjunction with IT department; ensures all system access is assigned to the appropriate employee based on their job duties. 4. Creates and maintains reports, design documents, graphs, charts and statistics in support of HR operations; delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting. 5. Identifies and recommends technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes to further streamline and optimize operational effectiveness within Human Resources. 6. Manage testing of new modules and enhancements in the HCM, including the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades, fixes and new functionality. 7. Assists VP with the development of project plans and proposals. 8. Oversees resources leading and/or supporting projects (system maintenance and enhancements) related to Core HR, Payroll, Learning, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Acquisition functions. 9. Resolves HCM issues; acts as troubleshooter; works closely with IT and Oracle support for upgrades, enhancements, testing and the roll out of new modules. 10. Working in conjunction with IT, security design and user access reviews. Recommends adjustments and troubleshoots access issues. Ensure confidentially with user data as well as in reporting. 11. Maintains working knowledge of agency policies, regulatory requirements and benefits to provide guidance to employees and managers to ensure compliance and consistency. 12. Maintains communication with payroll, HR, benefits, IT, and department managers, in all areas as needed, to ensure employee data information is accurate and issues/errors are addressed in a timely manner. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Human Resources Management, Payroll, Finance, or related field of study required. 2. Must have strong understanding of cloud based applications and data integration between multiple application platforms including practical experience testing enterprise applications and conducting analysis. 3. Experience with and knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, laws and regulations (e.g. FMLA, EEO) payroll, healthcare carriers, and other HR data. 4. Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Taleo Enterprise required. 7+ years of comparable experience with background in HRIS/HCM, including working knowledge of core HR functions, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, workforce management, training, and employee and manager self-service. 5. Must have strong command of Microsoft Office programs, advance level of Excel and interactive reporting tools.
