Title: Product Manager.Location: NYC, NY. Roles and Responsibilities:- We're looking for a product manager to design and build a first-of-its-kind Financial Services Technology platform
- Given our business scope, you will identify the most important problems we should solve while guiding the team towards a winning product strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business, Design, Legal and Compliance to distill product strategy into actionable requirements
- Lead customer discovery initiatives to work backwards from our customer’s needs and pain points
- Own the end-to-end product development process including establishing and maintaining a healthy product backlog, leading prioritization, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met
- Working with key business stakeholders, you will set, track and deliver on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Identify, track and analyze relevant product metrics to drive delivery of OKRs
- Proactively identify ideas to continuously improve product management operating processes
- Ability to make product decisions based on risk-reward tradeoff
- Strong bias for action and creative problem solving, especially via a team-oriented approach
- High situational awareness and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Knack for communicating complex ideas with clarity, precision and poise
- T-shaped leader that can seamlessly navigate, influence and acts as a glue across many parts of the organization in a cohesive, organized way
- Meaningful experience in the product management function building software using modern frameworks and/or cloud technologies
- Financial Services / Financial Technology knowledge and startup experience are a plus, but not required.
