- Provide dedicated support to projects by facilitating business case and timeline development, managing progress to milestones, and defining/refining resource allocation to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes within designated budgets.
- Knowledge of MS Project
- Understand all facets and integrations of business functions in order to actively manage leading indicators, challenge assumptions and proactively highlight internal and external impacts. .
- This role is responsible for multiple, simultaneous projects that are cross-functional and of significant magnitude and importance to the execution of business strategies and achievement of company objectives. Sets project management routines including monitoring and updating project plans.
- Works with business functions Analyzes and shares project-specific insights and recommendations to achieve operational effectiveness and anticipated outcome. Assesses and measures ongoing impact and evaluates changes to key assumptions / planned impact. and subject matter experts to understand their functions enabling the ability to determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Ensures projects are completed according to timelines, budgets and schedules, and that objectives conform to standards, objectives and project requirements.
- Executes key hypothesis, conducts interviews, gathers data, defines and executes required analyses, identifies issues and problems and recommends approach to address them.
- Works with functional teams to identify complexities and resolve risks and issues.
- Onsite project management/ Liaison with customer experience.
