- Support product managers on large projects to produce better business outcomes
- Assist and perform analysis to decompose current state business processes and assist in defining target state business processes and align functional solutions
- Drive Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Develops and presents documentation supporting project initiatives including business case, project scope, business and functional requirements, user stories and “use cases” in accordance with established service levels and documentation standards.
- Assist with all phases of SDLC with emphasis on requirements, development and testing where required
- Interface with functional analysts and product management to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes related to the CRM
- Participate in the CRM build and testing, will serve as the in-house Salesforce expert, and will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the platform
- Have consultative conversations with teams/individuals looking to leverage Salesforce to solve larger complex business problems, providing guidance and proposals as to what Salesforce solutions would best suit their needs, and executing said solutions via agile development
- In partnership with the Product Management team, compliment agile stories/acceptance criteria across larger epics with technical use cases to aid with needed customized development
- Actively pursue additional technical knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and apply learnings to new business needs or existing processes
- Define and enforce strategy for low code/best practice architecture across the Salesforce org
- Ability to track deliverables and ensure items are closed within project timelines (e.g. Action Items, Open Questions, Requirements Sign-Off, Business Reviews, etc.)
- Complete assigned project deliverables according to project plan and expected quality.
- Ensure all product documentation, Design artifacts, FAQ’s, runbooks are captured and up to date
- Provide subject matter expertise for new and existing (BAU) products and first response to the production support team for CRM product team
- 5+ years in a large organization or major consulting organization focused on a Business Analysis within the Equity, Fixed Income or Investment Banking businesses
- Salesforce Certifications (Required) and SQL Knowledge is a plus
- Salesforce.com implementation and integration experience, including different business systems as well as working with integration tools
- Proven track record as a Salesforce administrator; able to roll up your sleeves and perform admin/configuration work as well as flow automations
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including process builder, flows, dynamic forms, validation rules, and security controls (experience in apex is a plus)
- SAFE Scaled Agile team implementation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and thorough documentation skills
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
- Inquisitive and continuously focused on identifying inefficiencies and improving business processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
