The role is for an entry level position at Magic Edtech. The role will provide immense opportunity for anyone who is seeking to begin an exciting career in edtech, learn technology, and sales in the education markets. Based on the first 6-12 months performance, Magic will offer a candidate to move into a full-fledged sales and marketing role with revenue responsibility, thus giving the candidate the full experience of inside sales, marketing, and sales.The primary responsibilities will include:
  • Help to grow revenue, by bringing in inbound leads through digital marketing outreach and running outbound sales campaigns using digital tools, and phone calling.
  • Conducting sales/marketing research
  • Run effective digital marketing and sales campaigns to generate leads from new accounts.
  • Write, build key account strategy and planning.
  • Write social media posts, blogs, articles
  • Attend marketing events.
  • Write winning proposals and blogs on latest industry trends.
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and has a positive, winning attitude.
  • Understand the digital learning products landscape and partner ecosystem.
  • Highly process driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Help the marketing office to plan customer events and branding strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a competitive CGPA.
  • Strong analytical skills with moderate level of expertise in using Microsoft and Google tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-performing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • No experience required. The candidate must be passionate about building a career in sales!
