Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate CBP development with Client's senior associates/SME’s
  • Coordinate testing activities with project team in meeting with upstream/downstream departments
  • Coordinate and document testing activities in support of conversion activities
  • Prepare project timeline that documents all conversion activities and includes major milestones
  • Analyze and document any risks/issues and updates with project team
  • Understanding of BPS Mutual Funds processing and NSCC Level
  • Detailed knowledge of Networking and SURPAS Omnibus processing
  • Provide programmers with written specifications needed to extract Client data and create conversion files
  • Assist in testing and support for Unit tests, Mocks and Live events
  • Understanding of BPS core Books and Records, including Stock Record, Memo’s, Bookkeeping
  • Provide programmers with written specifications needed to extract Client data and create conversion files
  • Assist in testing and support for Unit tests, Mocks and Live events
  • Understanding of BPS P&S Processing
  • Provide Programmers with written specifications for creating Trades using Client data to deliver off customer position Trade Date positions
  • Experience with and understand CNS 9a/9b processing based upon trade date activity

Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of professional business analysis experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.
  • Experience working with external clients
  • Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies
  • Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
  • Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and be able to multi task.
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible to new situations and challenges.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50 percent.

Preferred skills and education:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience working in the consulting industry
  • Understanding of complex Internet based enterprise level applications
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments
