Platform Support/ Trade Application Support experienced in financial services to join our team in Charlotte, NC/ Minneapolis, MN, NYC, NJ/ Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, SFO, CA. Responsibilities:- Manage operation of overnight batch cycle.
- Contribute to the stability and service uptime of the production environment
- Work closely for technology partners for software and infrastructure changes
- Troubleshoot and problem Solve daily production issues.
- 6+ years of experience supporting high availability systems with in-depth knowledge of batch, scripting, autosys controls and functions, monitoring implementations, incident resolution.
- Strong server side and database problem solving skills with the ability to lead an operational failures to recovery, File system, Batch processing and playbook writing experience.
- System knowledge (CRD or Perform or Bondage or Bloomberg or Factset or Fiserv/Tegra or DTCC or MarkitEDM or Advent APX) is preferred.
