Job Description: The Directory Services Engineer Consultant will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and operational support across our clients Directory Services, SSO, & PKI infrastructure. You will be responsible for contributing to a program of change including the creation of ongoing framework of global standards in support of the companies' business and technical goals . You will be responsible for large complex projects that have many interdependencies that will challenge you and require cross collaboration. Many of the services this team will support includes components from both Azure & AWS and either having those skills or wanting to learn them is a must Job Responsibilities:
  • contribute to workflow across change requests, documentation, ticketing, and meeting facilitation
  • Efficiently troubleshoot/ prioritize and create culture of root cause analysis
  • Responsible for configuration, management , and support Directory Services, SSO, and PKI infrastructure
  • Escalation support
  • Architect and implement automation ensuring a consistent and reliable environment
Required Directory Services:
  • In Depth Knowledge of Windows Active Directory infrastructure and all related services ( DNS, DHCP, PKI, ECT)
  • Intermediate knowledge of AWS Managed Microsoft AD and cross trained domain trusts
  • Proficient with Windows Server 2016/2019 Administration
  • Understanding of Authentication protocols ( Kerberos/ntlm), DNS, and &Group Policy is a plus
  • Knowledge of PKI infrastructure, Certificate Authority ,
  • An understanding of modern SSO authentication :SAML, Oidc, ect
Nice to have :
  • PowerShell skills to manage and automate Active Directory
  • Experience with Terraform
Upcoming Projects
  • Migrating Active directory Domain Controllers to AWS
  • Maintaining codebase for AWS Managed AD, addition of security controls for AWS managed Microsoft AD
  • Migration of Windows PKI infrastructure to AWS
  • Migration of ADFS relying party trusts to OKTA for SSO
