Job Description:

Do you have proven sales skills? Have you helped to grow accounts by listening to your customers and addressing their issues? Are you ready to be trained on something new while using your natural sales abilities to support new and existing customers?

We are seeking energetic, personable and creative individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support the sales efforts of one of our digital media clients. In this position, you will grow/develop B2B accounts by using a variety of communication tools - phone, email and chat - to work with customers and help them optimize the success of their digital ad campaigns. You will build relationships with clients by leading and managing their digital marketing initiatives; analyze and interpret data; and make recommendations to grow their business. This position is a good match for someone who has had success in a call center, B2C or B2B sales environment or who has a background with a digital advertising or media agency.

Qualifications:

Qualifications also include:
  • Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; (B2B is distinct advantage)
  • 2-3 years of call center experience supporting customers' experience with a solutions mindset and compassionate, helpful nature via phone, email, and chat
  • 2 years of direct digital or social media experience required; experience working in a media planning or buying position at an advertising or media agency preferred
  • Experience working with native social media ad platforms is a plus
  • Experience monitoring, tracking, and assessing marketing success of all digital strategies, and make recommendations for revisions
