We are looking for an energetic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our Aotea village. Ideally you will have experience in events, hospitality or aged care, but more important to us will be your genuine care of people from all walks of life.You will plan and facilitate a variety of engaging activities and events for our residents, including special celebrations such as the Mid-Winter extravaganza, Oktoberfest and Chinese new Year (to name a few). Your role will ensure that residents receive exceptional support, managing the needs of vulnerable residents and maintaining effective communication with their families. With your creative flair, you'll bring celebrations to life by decorating and creating themed experiences around key calendar events. A good level of fitness will also be beneficial for delivering exercise programs, organising regular outings, and coordinating sporting and recreational events.This permanent role working 40hrs Monday - Friday + occasional events.Please click here to view the full job description.
