This will be a “hybrid role”, which includes working in the office in Port Washington from anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week.

Pay RateAll pay starts at $21.50/hour

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Account Rep ? You’ll be:Enter orders into SAP and attach related documents, PO, Quote, Emails

Manage blocks on orders in SAP

Enter service orders (warranty returns), credits and debits

Trouble shooting (resolve issues that arise and consistently strive for process improvements)

Enter and maintain customer master database

Confirm delivery dates – using Excel and/or customer portals

Prepare and maintain status reports for customers and sales, as well as pending Order Report daily

Supporting Customer Service, Sales and Quality Teams with reporting and gathering data as needed

Manages Inbound Calls in the Call Center environment

Process expedite requests and provide data to Sales and/or customers

Your Key Qualifications:Experience with using SAP is strongly preferred

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to develop productive customer relationships and customer focused attitude

Ability to meet schedules and timelines

Position CompetenciesGood business writing, verbal, and mathematical skills

Must have quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
