- Assist in Building the supply chain solution:
- Lead the design with the appropriate experts in the Transport Plan, Network design, Lean & Reengineering, Processes analysis with Operations

- Challenges and analyses the solutions proposed by the Divisions and Partners, he/she makes sure that the selected assumptions and approximations are homogeneous and pertinent.
- Checks the capacity of the group to implement the suggested solutions and the right estimation of their cost.
- Assist in ensuring the presentation of technical aspects of the offers and the value enhancing of proposed solutions (in cooperation with sales)

- +5 years' experience in Engineering / Solution Design at a service provider
- International experience is a plus
- Experience in Supply Chain Solution Design
- Experience in Business controls understanding and experience
- Experience in Strong communication skills (Written and oral in English)
- Experience in Coordination and leadership skills (preferably project management experience)
- Experience in network design tools and methodology (Llamasoft, Xcargo, other).
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management (Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement)
- Strong analytical skills, understand data collection, statistics and recognize relationship between various process functions
- Capacity to estimate functional IT needs linked to the proposed solution
- Competences in project management (planning, cost, quality, deadline)
- Knowledge of Logistics IT systems (WMS, TMS)
- Team player influencing and sharing learning with colleagues in business unit, the division and the Group
- Self-starter and excellent organization skills to be able to handle multiple activities
- Candidate must possess strong communication and leadership skills to be able to foster cross-functional activities
- Commercial awareness
- English Proficiency
- MS Visio, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel VBA desirable
- Travelling within MX/Canada Region for customer related visits
- Travel to Guadalajara, MX or Poughkeepsie, NY for team alignment and meetings
- Estimated Travel time = 25% of overall working days (currently no travel due to Covid-19 pandemic)
- $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
- 10% performance bonus potential depending on both individual and group performance
