Join an elite team of engineering professionals who enable IBM customers to make better decisions quicker on the most trusted hardware platform in today's market.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator who is motivated to work with IBM Quantum systems. You will learn about the Quantum system supply chain process and manage the system hardware inventory after procurement to system delivery. This will include receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivery of various parts. Coordinate parts for both datacenter inventory as well as internationally deployed systems their security and export controls. This role also requires system parts classification in the inventory tracking database, reports generation, documentation, and data security. Join a dynamic team at IBM where you will have the opportunity to deploy high quality Quantum systems to our clients.This position is located in the Poughkeepsie, NY area.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseHigh School Diploma

Experience with inventory and design software tools

-Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Quantum system hardware-Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Data SecurityStrong communication skills

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor's degree

Minimum 1-3 years inventory experience

Experience with Mechanical designs or drawings

Experience with Quantum system hardware

Experience with inventory and design software tools

Knowledge of Python, JavaScript
