Piper Companies currently has a Lead Database Administration opportunity available with a leading Fintech organization. The Lead Database Administrator position will require candidates to work a hybrid in-office schedule in Purchase, NY - St. Louis, MO - Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will be well versed in a variety of RDBMS and NoSQL-related technologies.
Responsibilities - Lead Database Engineer:- Integrate data environments from a wide variety of financial systems
- Responsibility breakdown: 40% Architecture and Design - 60% Database Engineering
- Work across a variety of data environments and database technologies
- At least 5 years of progressive Database Engineering or Administration Experience
- Expertise in at least 3 of the following 6 Data Technologies: Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra/Elastic Search, PostgreSQL/EDB, Redis
- Previous architecture or data design responsibilities
- Cloud Experience Preferred (AWS, Azure, PCF)
- Base Salary
- St. Louis, MO - Up to $160,000
- Purchase, NY - Up to $190,000
- Arlington, VA - Up to $180,000
- Bonus: 20%
