- A minimum of 5 years of Dynamics 365 development experience.
- Hands on experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI in terms of how to model driven apps, canvas apps, and portal aps
- Architect experience
- Should be able to prototype the use case including security aspects
- Microsoft certification is highly recommended.
- 2-4 years' experience: Azure
- Conducts analysis of client business processes and define functional requirements
- Map business requirements to D365 solution's capabilities and toolsets
- Complete deliverables within the estimated time.
- End user & management training with schedule and deployment plan
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues and concerns both internally and externally to proactively ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Participate in planning and design sessions with customers
- Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the Dynamics 365 / PowerApps / Power Automate and Power BI
- Accelerate product delivery using the DevOps automation
- Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application
- Perform D365 application testing of configurations, migrations and customizations
- Maintain Dynamics D365 system including monitoring end user usage, performing application administration tasks, and managing application development, patching, and upgrade projects.
