Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead, own, and drive the evolution of market-leading solutions within the Modern Governance ecosystem. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of customers needs, the business domain, and corporate strategy to ensure the product evolves to deliver on all these fronts. You will define a vision for these solutions, and develop, prioritize, and manage a 3-18 month roadmap that executes on that vision. You will work closely with the development team to execute that vision and manage the backlog of work. You will leverage data and analytics to objectively measure the success of your products. As Product Manager, you will develop relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in order to define the product vision, identify and work through dependencies with other products, and actively solicit feedback on your products and road map.

Key Responsibilities

These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role.

  • Responsible for the product(s) roadmap, prioritization of activities, and defining scope and effort with the development team. Serve as the leader of a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.Detailed understanding of functional capabilities and limitations, user scenarios, and business value derived for a product(s) and how they intersect with other company products and 3rd-party products.
  • Delivery of high quality and on-time user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop), for multiple products, for users in multiple levels of the corporate hierarchy.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories with clearly written user stories that are detailed, measurable, and testable. Fulfill the obligations of a Scrum Product Owner by attending required ceremonies and working with technical and UX leads on the team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem-solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves in light with the organizational strategy.
  • Responsible for the ongoing tracking of product performance, user engagement, and outcomes measurement.
  • Continuously strive to identify opportunities to expand and enhance the product base and vision.

Required Experience/Skills

  • You have 4-7 years experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products
  • Ideally, you have worked in a growth-oriented, multi-product organization
  • You have experience integrating products, and understand all the opportunities and challenges that can present
  • You are customer-centric and focused on solving problems for our customers through product capabilities.
  • You are also outcome-focused and prioritize the development of features that will result in measurable outcomes for our customers and business.
  • You are able to build strong relationships and influence senior leadership
  • You are able to identify patterns and glean insight from multiple, disparate sources of information
  • You are decisive, and base decisions on multiple inputs
  • You are well versed in all aspects of agile scrum methodology
  • You are able to flex your communication approach depending on the audience, and have experience communicating and presenting to executive leadership
