Required Skills 5+ years of experience working with technical teams with some experience working on integration efforts. Must have experience with Axway B2Bi or EDI-Sterling Business Integrator- can be in any capacity as a developer, analyst, support, etc. Just need to understand the tool so they can provide proper guidance to the offshore support team who is actually responsible for the operational support. Experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Mulesoft or API Technologies, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Integration Bus, Websphere Data Interchange, DataStage, MQ Series, MQ MFT, Informatica, Tibco. Must have strong communication and leadership skills and you will be responsible for guidance from an business/operational standpoint for the products/tools.

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: The Technical Lead/Product Owner role will provide guidance over our Integration support organization which is outsourced to our offshore support partner.The support teams include: Axway EDI B2Bi, Integration Bus (Transaction Log processing), Mulesoft APIs, DataStage tool administration and Azure FTP portal. This team is the business owner of the applications and tool administration and drive the software upgrades / improvements to our environments.Also have emerging technology related to Kafka and Azure Service Bus messaging under development. This team owns the responsibility for minimizing impact to our business partners when the team is working incidents and driving root cause analysis / continuous service improvement. Participate in weekly meetings where we review the incidents and look for opportunities to avoid repeated incidents. Drive our partner to maintain / create documentation and develop knowledge to assist in future support. Ensure proper monitoring is implemented to proactively identify any issues. Assist / guide the turnover process from new project development to DXC support team.

Requirements:Looking for a resource with a good background in integration technology and experience with any of the following tools / technology listed below.
