Job Description - Windows Support Administrator - Remote
Responsibilities:- Helps business unit IT leaders mobilize the right projects and programs to meet demand of Enterprise Services initiatives.
- Intermediate professional working on projects of a moderate scope or on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant independent judgement.
- Demonstrates a developing functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions.
- Establish and maintain application architecture standards, provided direction to project teams and end-users in keeping with compliance standards.
- 5+ years knowledge and experience supporting enterprise Windows applications
- Must have extensive knowledge of Windows Server - authentication, domain, controller, etc.
- Strong knowlege of MQ Messaging
- SQL experience
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery
- Incident management knowledge
- Knowledge of IIS Certificates
- Knowledge of Python preferred for automation
