Job Description - Business Systems Analyst - 100% Remote

• Participates in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and conversion/implementation phases of a project to develop, modify, or implement effective information systems solutions.
• Full life cycle participation on smaller scope projects or multiple phases of the life cycle on larger, more complex projects.
• Conducts comprehensive client interviews to research, analyze, and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of financial products, business processes, and development life cycle.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency with various software tools, utilities, methodologies, and concepts.

• Demonstrates the experience and ability to independently analyze and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables, including project benefits, feasibility, requirements, scope, risks, and justification.
• Assists with various tasks throughout the development life cycle of a project.
• Acts as a support resource to the customer while participating as a member of the project team(s).
• May work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Understanding of waterfall and agile SDLC including:
  • Project Documentation
  • Project Testing
  • Requirements Gathering
  • Coordination and translation of business requirements with developers
  • User Workflow Discovery
  • Process Improvement
  • Customer Communication
• Financial services experience, including previous work on retirement systems is a major plus
