Job Description - Systems Administrator - Remote
Systems Administrator with a strong background in Server Operations and troubleshooting. This role will include hardening and other security-related aspects of implementing and supporting active directories in a variety of configurations: multi-domain forest, multiple single domain forests, forests in a DMZ, multiple locations, etc. You will secure and configure active directory for safe, reliable, and efficient operation through native and third party tools. Additionally, you will be involved in operational duties including: managing domain controllers, monitoring replication & AD health, ensuring proper configuration of operational master roles, configuring LDAP, managing GPO, etc.Minimum 6-7 Years of Windows Server Support.- Good Knowledge of Windows Server Migration (File/AD/Client/DHCP)
- Good Knowledge of Active Directory 2008R2/2012
- Good Knowledge of Windows Clustering
- Experience on Windows Patching - WSSCCM etc.
- Prior Experience to work on Enterprise level organization
- Good Knowledge of Windows OS Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Server builds/day to day Service requests
- Good Understanding of VM environment
- ITIL knowledge/Certification - Understanding of Change/Incident/Problem Management
- Knowledge of Scripting - Batch/PowerShell/VB
- Ready to Work on 247 Support team
- Should be a good team player
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast changing environment
- Should be involved in working in an onsite / offshore model
