Detailed Job Description: This is the sole resource providing analysis, development, testing, and implementation in support of OAOP (OCFS Agency Online Profile), a statewide web-based application utilized by Child Welfare & Community Services (CWCS) and Youth Development and Partnership Success (YDAPS).The OAOP application provides online access that tracks and maintains legally mandated provider (Congregate Care & RHY) data through a secure centralized browser-based application. The application improves the timeliness of reporting, streamlines the process for review teams, and identifies recommended actions for practice improvement. OAOP application replaced a previous paper driven process, and the Bureau can now meet mandates for certification and reporting. This user-friendly web application uses best practices like NY.gov ID, role-based security to secure data, provides reporting, ECM document repository, navigation and data management. The OAOP application future releases will require developer support.
