Your strong attention to detail assures that requirements are met, and daily processes are maintained efficiently and accurately.STATUS: Full TimeLOCATION: Rochester General College of Health CareersDEPARTMENT: Rochester General College of Health CareersSCHEDULE: Weekdays with occasional evening coverageATTRIBUTESAssociate's degree preferred.Experience working in a healthcare administrative office preferred.Bilingual preferred.One year of experience with frail and elderly population preferred.RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Management. Schedule and coordinate training; sort mail, make copies, send faxes and stock office with forms and supplies; assist with scheduling department staff; manage Kronos account through scheduling, corrections and notesSafety & Security. Review daily safety logs and intra-office communications; follow up on actions required and communicate findings; draft new Emergency Readiness policies and prepare existing policies for review; maintain resident Roam Alert SystemDepartmental Support. May work within the clinical, grand-funded, performance improvement, patient safety, biomedical or bed coordination departments with a variety of department-specific tasksPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.PAY RANGE: $18.25 - $25.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
