- Familiar with Software Life-Cycle Concepts is a plus
- Familiar with Real Time Operating Systems Concepts
- ARM GPP / BlackFin7 DSP Processor architectures (or equivalent) is a plus
- Linux, Nucleus RTOS (or equivalent)
- GIT Knowledge is a plus
- Design, development, and optimization of applications and memory resources in an embedded real-time system
- Ability to work well in a multi-processor software development team environment
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering field with preferable at least a year of experience in software development
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment and make significant individual contributions.
- Effective communications (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
