Earn premium pay while working short-term assignments in Rochester Michigan Temporary assignments are available for:5 East - Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) Our 31-bed unit specializes in the care, monitoring, and treatment of cardiac, medical, and post-op extended recovery patients requiring continued observation. Our CDU also provides clinical observation for those requiring further diagnostic testing before a clinical disposition can be made.5 South – Cardiac Progressive Care Unit29 private-bed cardiac care unit with patients admitted primarily with a cardiac and stroke diagnosis or high cardiac involvement medical surgical patients. All RNs are required to be ACLS and NIHSS certified within 6 months.Schedule:12 hour night shift, every other weekend.Assignment Length: Up to 15 weeks with option to renewWhy join Ascension? Perform all other duties and assignments as requested, i.e., special projects and committees.
What You Will Need What you will needExperienced nurses - we have a place for you. In these temporary assignments, our nurses will be expected to hit the ground running. As such, highly prefer 2 years’ experience in the desired specialty area.Required Credentials:
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing prior to hire date or job transfer date.
