- B.S or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Technical lead experience.
- Experience working with electrical measurement equipment.
- Device characterization/measurement/analysis skills.
- Ability to design experiments to debug issues.
- Ability to develop evaluation test plan for analog and digital circuits.
- Understanding of semiconductor fab processing and process integration, and how these steps affect electrical and optical performance.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to summarize and present complex concepts. Ability to draw conclusions based on complex data.
- Self-motivated, driven individual with excellent problem solving skills.
- Understanding of Programming languages like Python/MATLAB/C/C will be helpful
- Understanding of JMP/other data analysis tools will be helpful
- Understanding of analog/digital design a plus.
- Understanding of semiconductor and/or optoelectronic device physics. Understanding of image sensor functions a plus.
