We are looking for people with Commercial Building Cleaning Background but looking for a year round Daytime 40hr/week position that has opportunities for advancement.
The Contents Cleaning Technician works under the supervision of the Contents Manager to pack out dirty goods from fire damaged houses and works in our cleaning warehouse to clean individual items and prepare them for long term storage.
ESSENTIAL TASKS OF THE POSITION:
Pack fragile items carefully following established guidelines to prevent damage in houses
Lift and move furniture and packed boxes
Detail clean furniture and residential household items to a high standard
Detail clean houses and commercial buildings including kitchens, baths, windows, etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to use an iPad, which is utilized for tracking and inventorying our jobs
Ability to work off-hours shifts as needed to complete job responsibilities.
Able to climb a ladder.
Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.
Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.
This is a 40hr/week position with working hours from 8:00-4:30
MUST have a valid NYS driver's license as this job requires driving company vehicles to job sites.
$13-16/hr based on experience. PTO after 90 days of employment
