Duration: 1 month, possibly longer
Location: Rochester, NY
Hourly rate: $30 / hour
Hours: Monday Friday, regular business hours (no remote work possible)
Requirements:
Juris Doctor
General Real Estate experience
Duties:
Assist attorneys with due diligence, filings, document prep and review in the closing for a large commercial real estate purchase.
