Full-Time Professional Position
Monday thru Friday Hours 8:00am to 4:30pm

Meet and greet customers/vendors
Postal paperwork processing

This requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in person, over the phone and over email.
Additional requirements include:
At least 2 years of customer service or office experience, or their equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and productively with limited supervision.
Able to work well under pressure and with time constraints / deadlines.
The ability to admit when you don't know something or need assistance. The ideal candidate will be able to work as an individual, in a team, and will be able to handle and effectively manage critique and feedback, including the ability to analyze a situation with the goal of bettering themselves and the company as a whole.
Proficient computer skills - should have the ability and experience to use web browsers, fill out online forms, troubleshoot, maintain and manage electronic databases and files, and to learn new software. Candidates should also have experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Willing to work overtime as needed
Typing 50 wpm plus
Experience with the USPS Bulk Mail Rules & Regulations or Accuzip is a plus.
