An Information Services Analyst job in Rochester, NY is available through Modis. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline is required. Will serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise software implementation projects. Will performs maintenance functions and database upgrades.Information Services Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Deploys, monitors, and tunes databases (SQL) to meet application and business requirements
- Develops and implements backup, maintenance, and optimization plans to ensure optimal functioning of databases
- Develops and documents standards and processes to ensure that common practices are maintained across the database environment
- Supports application development with data design, storage, and retrieval strategies
- Develops ETL processes using a variety of technical methods
- Ensures databases adhere to standard security policies as defined in the company Standards
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Minimum Three years related experience
- SQL experience is required
