Endless Roots Hair Co. is a dynamic and growing salon seeking a talented and motivated stylist to join our team. This is a commission-based position with a structured training program designed to set you up for success!
Position Details:
Training Period: Begin with a 30% commission rate for all sales. Duration of training is based on experience. Newly graduated are encouraged to apply
Post-Training: Upon successful completion of training, transition to a 70% commission rate for all sales.
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license.
Experienced or newly graduated
Strong communication and customer service skills preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
