Chauncey Property Management is looking for a dependable, skilled maintenance technician / handyman to help keep our apartment communities in great shape. We manage residential rentals across Livingston, Genesee, Wyoming, and Monroe Counties.
Typical work includes:
Painting and drywall repairs
Light electrical and plumbing repairs (hot water tanks, faucets/drains, shower heads, breaker swaps)
Lock changes and door hardware
Light carpentry and handyman jobs (light fixtures, wall patching, framing/drywall)
Apartment turnovers and cleanouts: must be able to install carpet and sheet vinyl flooring; and able to lift over 50 pounds
Location:
Livingston County (York, Caledonia, Mt Morris)
Wyoming County (Perry, Warsaw)
Genesee County (Batavia, LeRoy)
Monroe County - Expected to work in Rochester only 2-3 days week

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
