2nd SHIFT / WEEKDAYS / 3:30PM 12:00AM / PAID WEEKLY!
DESIRED SKILLS WERE LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE:
1-2+ years prior maintenance skills drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, cleaning, snow removal and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train.
Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful.
Like to be busy; organized; take pride in your work.
Like a variety of projects indoors and outdoors.
Friendly, good customer services skills to interact with contractors, residents, team members, visitors.
Minimum high school diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be a self-starter, motivated and flexible to handle on-call emergencies when scheduled on a rotation basis.
Able to work occasional Overtime when needed/scheduled.
Must be able to lift a maximum of 100 lbs. on occasion with frequent lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation required to purchase supplies when needed, cover on-call resident repairs.
On-call responsibilities will be on a rotational basis, every 5th week from 12:00am 7:00am.
Background and drug screenings conducted.
