Real Estate Management Company looking for part-time, HVAC technician to repair, troubleshoot, install and perform preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
We are looking for part-time, as-needed individual. No night calls or weekends.
Responsibilities:
> Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, preventive maintenance and repairs to residential and commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, air handlers and small boilers.
> Other service personal will be available to assist.
Requirements:
> Must have EPA Class II or Universal Certification.
> Must have experience with traditional furnaces, residential A/C and commercial systems.
> Be able to lift heavy items, pushing/pulling, follow verbal and written instructions.
> Abide by safe work practices and procedures.
