Additional Skills & Qualifications:BS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or related field
2+ years of Industry experience working with personal care or cosmetics products- developing or adjusting formulations or doing batch work offering an understanding of formulation of surfactant and polymer systems
Expertise in chemistry, understanding surface-interface properties and surface characterization desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to share and teach in the area of expertise
Creativity and self-motivated that will prove successful in an environment where one needs to be able to think out of the box
