Job Description

The Claims Consultant oversees the full compliance check and lodgement of all 4, 13, 26 and 52 weeks and ongoing support claims. The Claims Consultant will also ensure all required comments and documents are added to JRL and ESS Web where needed. The Claims consultant will actively engage with the Post Placement Support Consultants (PPSC), Senior Post Placement Support Consultants (SPPSC) and Operational team members to ensure outcome claims are maximised with accuracy and with the required documentary evidence.

These locations can be based anywhere in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with the appropriate atWork Team Members, including Post Placement Support team, Job Coaches, Service Managers and Regional Managers in relation to 4, 13, 26, 52 week outcomes and Ongoing Support claims.
  • Maximise revenue by maximising full outcomes and capturing bonus outcomes.
  • Identify areas where alternative or additional training and support is required and facilitate the provision of this support.
  • Ensure outcome targets are achieved as set by the DES Claims Manager. Provide support and direction to the Post Placement Support team to ensure all ESA's meet outcome targets of outcomes via advice and support to employer to engage the wage subsidy; and
  • Ensure full compliance with Employment Services Contract by passing internal and external audits, as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Experience using email, CRM and Databases, intranets and sourcing information via internet.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • A high degree of flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

This opportunity is a Full Time Max Term Contract until June 30, 2023, with the likely view to extend into our next government contract.
