The Computer Consultant I position in Information Technology Services (ITS) provides IT support to administrative users in various departments and divisions. IT support roles include desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer and application support. Additionally, the role assesses and makes recommendations for procurement of technology equipment for staff. The Computer Consultant I works collaboratively with staff on IT projects as assigned.
