Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: NoneJob Family: Instructional DevelopmentAs an Instructional Systems Designer supporting DAU, a typical day will include:Supporting the Defense Acquisition University curriculum sustainment requirements

Contributing to completion of milestones associated with specific projects as a team

Providing research and possible solutions to a variety of technical problems as related to instructional design and section 508 compliance

Supporting the revision and maintenance of learning solution documentation as assigned by the team task lead

Performing reviews which encompass compliance with curriculum development standards as established by DAU ensuring the highest quality of instruction, error free, and section 508 compliant

The development of at a minimum basic skills with the authoring tools that DAU has authorized for the creation of learning assets.

Qualifications:BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience

Strong oral and written communication skills. Also possesses strong interpersonal and teaching skills
