Well-established (35+ years) HVAC Company with 5 locations across CNY is hiring a Full-Time Human Resources Assistant.

The responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to):

Daily Administrative tasks - answering employee questions, maintaining payroll system and data for accuracy, compiling reports, etc.

Recruiting/New Hire Process - placing job advertisements, screening prospective interviewees, new hire application processing, benefit administration, etc.

Payroll and Benefits Administration - Back-up for Payroll processing, answering questions and/or facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of HR/Payroll experience.

High-School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must possess strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be well organized, accurate, and able to multi-task in a timely fashion.

Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and respond to management direction.

Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information; a signed NDA will be required.

Must possess proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
