Colonial Finance Group seeks maintenance person to join our team performing a variety of tasks necessary to maintain and enhance our residential apartments, single-family homes and commercial buildings in the Oswego, Fulton, Clay area.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years building maintenance or building construction experience. A valid NYS drivers license, reliable transportation and a working telephone at all times is required.
The position will include but not limited to: Paint and prep rentals (interior/exterior), minor maintenance service requests, assist with renovations, mow and trim lawns, cleanup of grounds, snow removal, perform additional tasks as required.
Must be able to properly use general maintenance tools and equipment in a safe manner including but not limited to hand tools, power tools, ladders, mowers (riding and push), trimmers, snow blower. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
This is a full-time position. Hourly Wage+benefits (insurance, paid holidays/sick time/vacation) mileage reimbursement, positive work environment.
