I am looking for a REALLY aggressive agent/team in the Syracuse market looking to grow your own business with a team.
We have created a system I can plug an agent into where their primary focus is listing FSBOs by eliminating the seller commissions. Along with Expireds, NODs or pre-foreclosures and selling them in 14 to 21 days. It even works for homes in Hot neighborhoods
If you follow the system, you should take 5 to 10 listings a month and will need to build a team of 4 to 8 buyers agents minimum to sit at the Open Houses and work the buyer leads.
Those agents would pay you a referral fee to you on all of their transactions.
