We are looking to hire a laborer and/or a skilled laborer or lead to assist in the construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, additions and other various construction projects. Our company specializes in everything outdoor construction in the warmer months and we move inside to interior projects such as kitchens, baths and finished basements in the winter. With that being said this is a fulltime, non-seasonal position so there are no layoffs in the winter.
Experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to teach motivated individuals and will give raises accordingly to employees who show a desire to learn and take on more responsibility on the jobsite.
Some of the skills we are looking for are:
- Basic framing knowledge
- Concrete finishing skills
- Ability to operate equipment
- Ability to set elevations
- Ability to lay and cut block/pavers
- Proficiency with tools on a jobsite
- Ability to read/understand a design or blueprint
- Electrical knowledge

- Able to work 40hrs a week M-F
Depending on your skills and abilities pay will range from $20/hr to $30/hr.
