RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with one of the largest and well-known Biotech Companies in the world located in Hartsdale, NY and they are looking for a Clinical Engagement Consultant. This role will start as a remote role and then will be required to come in the office 3x per week in the future.

Summary:As a Clinical Engagement Consultant, you will serve as subject matter expert and trusted advisor in supporting customer with clinical technical solutions. This role will create strong relationships with customer and internal team members. They will also gather requirements, work with development team to develop and implement clinical trial dashboards, as well as assist the customer in adopting the clinical solutions. The Clinical Engagement Consultant will conduct educational sessions to help customer address issues and increase user efficiency with clinical solutions.

Duties of the Clinical Engagement Consultant: Effort of tasks breaks down roughly into: 2/4 consulting and customer engagement; 1/4 technical delivery; 1/4 management of project Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in clinical analytics products and standard services offerings on services engagements, including working to identify opportunities for services expansion Build strategy/plan and deliverables for customer engagement, to increase software adoption Develop business requirements and specifications for application consultants & data analysts to create efficient & effective solutions that map to business needs Track and report on assigned project aspects and deliveries on a regular basis Assess situations from multiple viewpoints; communicate by presenting facts and data; challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization effectively Analyze data and understand how to use the data in your project Design visualizations and lead the customer through an iterative design process Deliver training to customer on technical solutions

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Sciences, Healthcare, or related field; Advanced degrees in Sciences, Mathematics, Healthcare, or Business preferred 3-6 years of client-facing business analysis experience in life sciences, preferably clinical, biotech, pharma, CROs, or data management Experience with data analysis, analytics, metrics development, and data visualization Experience with TIBCO Spotfire or similar visual analytics tool highly desirable Experience delivering data analytics solutions to external customers in the clinical field is required Familiar with drug discovery workflows within the R&D space is required Experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, SAS or other is preferred Experience in clinical or research industries Be able to learn the terminology and processes rapidly Strong understanding of clinical data, data standards SDTM (CDISC), MedDra, WHO, etc. Strong aptitude for learning and applying informatics technologies to business problems Experience participating cross-functional teams and Agile Scrum services engagements Knowledge of databases, data architecture and system design is preferred Knowledge of scripting languages is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style Experience working in a fast paced, growth environment
