- Project management for the managed services offerings
- Involved with client interaction and delivery
- Working with the team to ensure successful set up and integration of sensors, cloud software, and mechanical equipment is correct.
- Setting schedules and expectations
- Follow through with team and client to meet deadlines
- Ensuring clear communication between all parties
- Get all parties on the same page, integrated and set up when each new managed service project begins
- Do not need to have the mechanical or technical expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Project management and planning skills
- No specifc methodology or certifications are required
