Job Description: The Vendor Service Manager is responsible for the administration of the company's Vendor Management database, services and processes. Ensures vendors are meeting the annual regulatory requirements. Keeps track of all vendor documentation and ensuring they are kept up to date. The Vendor Service Manager will manage all vendor relationships working closely with vendors, to meet regulatory requirements. The Vendor Service Manager is also responsible for all Printer/copiers at the company. The Vendor Service Manager is also responsible for the OFAC Consulting On boarding process for the company. Supervision is received from the Vice President of Vendor Management.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Venminder (managing current vendors and adding new vendors)
  • Application Compliance ensure Venminder and WolfPAC are in sync on a quarterly basis
  • Annual SOC I Type II collection and creating User Control Review
  • Keeping all Certificates of Insurance up to date annually
  • Distribution of annual HR Equal Opportunity letter to all vendors
  • Annual OFAC review for all vendors
  • Processing and Tracking all Vendor Management Invoices
  • Annual collection of DR/BCP, Cyber Security, Pen Test, SLAs and Financial Reports
  • Ensures all printers/copiers are working properly, all supplies are stocked and all malfunctions are corrected
  • Keeping the printers update to date with the latest software and manage out of date printers.
  • Responsible for the notification to Information Technology for all printer's status of firmware and printer security hardening settings.
  • Conducts OFAC review on all Consultants and responsible for the on boarding process and keeping track of the Master Consultant Report
  • Support the administration and management of the IBM IGI Access Management System
  • Manage Change Control Process

Qualifications:
  • Ability to plan and organize
  • 3-5 years' experience in Financial Industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work independently and function as part of a team, and across teams
  • Strong time management, research and analytic skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills
  • A history of multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
