Customer Service Representative, primarily day hours.
Multiple site company seeks professional, personable part-time Customer Service Representatives to provide customer support after the sale. They have immediate openings in their New Hartford, Yorkville, and Rome locations!
Responsibilities include addressing customer questions, processing orders, assisting with financing as well as warranty information. Individuals will also manage delivery and shipping information. These part-time openings consist of up to 25 hours per week scheduled between the retail business hours of 10AM - 9 PM, Monday through Sunday and pay $11.50 - $12.00/hr to start with great potential for growth! Possible permanent hire, and hourly pay increase upon completion of a 90 day probationary period.
Interested candidates are required to have solid computer skills as well as strong interpersonal skills, excellent phone etiquette and ability to multi-task effectively. Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service environment preferred. Schedule flexibility and a willingness to work at multiple locations if needed is a must!
