Responsibilities:
Must be good on the phone .
You will need to committed to excellent customer service and work well with coworkers while servicing a book of business.
This is a great opportunity for a high-energy multi-tasker. This insurance customer service representative CSR will interact extensively with clients and carriers to provide all levels of service.
Gain proficiency in the knowledge of insurance so as to identify risk exposures and applicable coverage.
Review quotations, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
Preparation of binders, certificates, automobile ID cards, invoices and similar items.
Handle day to day service issues and requests from clients on your own.
All other duties as assigned
